Each parent is encouraged to have their own account to access their children's school information. Parents can view attendance, schedules, grades, fees, health information, and district notices via the Portal. As a parent, you should see all of your children attending school in the Letcher County School System under one single login. If you do not see all of your school age children when you log into the portal, or you do not have an account of your own, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call the technology office at 606-633-2120.
In the near future, we will be rolling out a new feature that will allow parents to recover their forgotten username or reset their passwords themselves. To be able to use this service, all parents will be required to provide a recovery email address. This will happen the next time the parent logs in after the service is enabled. We have not set a specific date for this to become active, but will update here once that date is set.
